High heat build up and full fan speed most of the time. Macbook Pro 2015 suddenly, during the last couple of months, running slow! Processor heavy applications for Audio production not functioning as well as they have been.

So should I just blast out the OS and start over? Or what do you think? I have made an EtreCheck report which follows. When I got the computer I early on had some problems with adware, I tried my best cleaning it out with Malvarebytes and Avast, but I now suspect maybe some things are still there? Occasionally some weird looking folders pop up in different dictionaries and so on. The activity monitor don't show any major run away processes from my very narrow understanding. Even when these applications are not running the computer seems to go up in high fan speeds and as said, with great heat build up. Processor heavy applications for audio production have now started to overload the CPU in a way it never have before, during the last months. I use it everyday in my work in various kinds of audio production and it was a big step up from my former macbook from 2011.

When I got it, it hadn't been used especially much and it worked splendid during the first months. Okey, so during the last couple of months my second hand bought Macbook Pro have started to run much slower and with high heat build up.
